Sitting all day at your desk isn’t good for you.

Some of us are stuck at our desk jobs all day, spending more and more time sitting for most part of the day without any physical activity. This longterm can most likely increase our cholesterol, induce back ache, sore or strained eyes or just cold feet due to bad circulation.

Luckily some of us have gym’s in our offices or a couple flights of steps if you work on the second floor or higher of the building helping you to burn a few calories! So walking up and down the stairs twice, or even thrice, at the beginning and at the end of the day can do a lot to help flex your muscles, help your heart rate and blood circulation.
